PSA Campaigns & Results

2011-2012 PSA Campaign Summary

The first PSA campaign aired from September through October 2011 and reached an estimated 3,193,200 people.

The second PSA campaign aired from May 2012 through June 2012 and reached an estimated 3,093,800 people.

Community service interviews aired on all of the participating stations.

2010-2011 PSA Campaign Summary

STORM conducted one radio ad campaign, from November 2010 through January 2011. An estimated 3,168,300 people were reached.

2009-2010 PSA Campaign Summary

The first PSA campaign aired from July 2009 through August 2009 and reached an estimated 3,247,500 people.

The second PSA campaign aired from January 2010 through March 2010 and reached an estimated 3,168,300 people.

Additionally, STORM members conducted community service interviews which aired in conjunction with the PSA campaign.

2007-2008 PSA Campaign Summary

The first PSA campaign aired from July 2007 through August 2007 and reached an estimated 1,895,500 people.

The second PSA campaign aired from February 2008 through March 2008 and reached an estimated 1,674,500 people.

Community service radio interviews were conducted and aired in conjunction with some of the 2007-2008 campaign and reach an additional 34,000 people.

2006-2007 PSA Campaign Summary

PSA campaign aired from November 2006 through January 2007. Due to scheduling difficulties, an estimate of number of people reached was not available.

2005-2006 PSA Campaign Summary

Due to the challenges associated with changes to STORM’s financial structure of funding for a PSA broadcasting was not performed this fiscal year.

2004-2005 PSA Campaign Summary

PSA campaign aired from February through March 2005, and reached an estimated 2,618,600 people.

2003-2004 PSA Campaign Summary

PSA campaign aired from May through July 2004 and reached an estimated 759,500 in the 12 and up age group, and 682,800 in the 18 and up age group.
