"The Monsoons are here and that means stormwater runoff. It could also mean more pollutants in the washes. You can help reduce the amount of paint and solvent reaching our riverbeds and washes:

• Only buy the amount of paint or solvent that you need.
• Recycle your paints and solvents by giving it to a neighbor or charity group;
• Do not clean your paintbrushes in the street;
• Throw fully dry paint cans and dry brushes into the dumpster;
• Properly store left over paints or solvents for future use.
