STORM holds monthly meetings in which agenda items are discussed and required actions taken. The agenda is usually updated within 1-week of the next scheduled meeting. The most recent meeting minutes are usually posted within 1 week following the meeting.
The previous month's meeting minutes and the current agenda should be reviewed by all voting members prior to the upcoming meeting. As an order of business, meeting minutes are approved by STORM at the following meeting.
